21ST VICTORIA CROSS & GEORGE CROSS ASSOCIATION REUNION - 2001

Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother, as President of the Association, attended the service of remembrance and rededication of the Victoria Cross & George Cross Association held at St Martin-in-the-Fields on 29th May 2001. Colonel Stuart Archer GC, OBE, ERD, Chairman of the VC & GC Association read the lesson and an Act of Remembrance was given by Flight Lieutenant Bill Reid VC, UK Vice-Chairman.

Following the Service of Remembrance and Dedication, the Queen Mother gave a tea party at St James's Palace.

The following day, Wednesday, 30th May, Association members and their accompanying relatives, took a flight on the London Eye followed by lunch at Hampton Court Palace.
